BASIC OPPOSING




This example begins with the elastic cords in opposition - suspending one inside and one outside the wrists. Turn one hand counter to the the other in reciprocal or alternating fashion.

Once you get the hang of it, try alternately shifting weight and balance - side-to-side in coordination with breathing.
