SINGLE-LEG ALTERNATING




This example demonstrates single-leg alternating with a basic opposing upper-body pattern. Keep both feet down, shifting weight from one leg to the other with inhalation. Load weight fully on standing leg with exhalation. Relax. Continue with inhalation.
