stances full-series example


The strength of Spyrotone exercise is rooted in the stance, which can be learned independently of the upper-body work: a series of single-leg balance, eagle, horse and warrior stances, coordinated with weight-bearing and pivoting transitions. This video represents only a developmental progression, each pose being strengthened individually over time. In practice, the stances can be recombined and coordinated with the upper-body patterns to create personal and improvised sequences.
