From an overhead perspective one sees the wave-like translation of energy through the sagittal division of the body, the spine, and from the upper-body downward into hips and legs, establishing a central axis of balance and alignment. This video demonstrates a free-form combination of basic movements with simple footwork, shifting-weight & balance and pivoting stance.
